I have just published a major new article on the Battle of Spion Kop (23-24 January 1900), including a 3D terrain flythrough of this important piece of historic terrain. The study accompanies my previous work on Isandlwana and Rorkes Drift. I have several more articles to write on Blood River, Ulundi, Colenso, Elandslaagte, Ladysmith, and the Chieveley armoured train incident. I have walked the ground on all these battlefields and will certainly be back to Kwazulu-Natal for more exploration!
