Ncome Zulu Cultural Museum by john s truswell

Hi there I have been researching some family heirlooms and I came across an iron spear head. On it are written the words “Dinizulu” “Nobamba Kraal” and “1906”. I then discovered an autobiography written by my ancestor, Lt Col James Dick. In it is a single sentence entry that I think may be the source of the spear. It read: “When I was at Dingaan’s slaughter place, I got a bone or two which I placed in a parcel along with an assegai head from Dinizulu’s Kraal and gave it to Johnson, our servant to take to Durban”. I live in California, but I would be quite happy to return the spear head to its rightful home, if there is such a place. Many thanks John Truswell
